As a blogger, having good pictures to capture the moment and share online is something I'm always aware of. But as a first-timer to Disney, I knew that there would be moments that I wanted to live in-the-moment and no be concerned about trying to get that 'perfect shot.'
Enter Disney's Memory Maker and PhotoPass photographers.

I'm so grateful that we paid the $169 advance price for the entirety of our park trip; at 10 days, that's really only $16/day. To me, that's a very reasonable price for the personalized souvenirs we were able to keep!
One thing to consider - this package really is what you make of it. The more you stop and take pictures, having fun, and goof off, the more memories you'll have. This was also a quick and easy way to 'do something' between our Lightening Lane times - and the My Disney Experience app even has a filter in the map section that will show you were the photographers are stationed.
In addition to the pictures the PhotoPass photographers take of you, you'll have added professional pictures of the Disney characters and some of the park icons added into your digital portfolio, including neat wall papers (see the first photo montage above). Pixie Dust extras, as Disney is known for!
Add to that, you can also ask the photographers if they have"magic shots" - a little digital enhancement added to your photo in a specific pose, or with a filter only the photographer has, that really makes the picture unique and fun!
I'll share my list of research, along with several of my favorite of the HUNDREDS of photos we downloaded after our trip was done, and I hope this helps you as you consider buying Memory Maker for your trip! It was definitely worth it to me!
